Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to lovescape-ai-chat.com and Lovescape features. By visiting the site, creating an account, using the platform, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

If you do not agree, do not use Lovescape. Additional terms shown during checkout or for a specific feature form part of your agreement for that transaction or feature.

Eligibility and adult access

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher age of majority required where you live, to use Lovescape. You must also be legally permitted to access adult-oriented AI services in your location.

We may request age confirmation or restrict access where eligibility cannot be confirmed. You may not create an account for a minor or allow a minor to use your account.

What Lovescape provides

Lovescape provides AI Companions, character creation, conversation, roleplay, images, voice, video, memory, community discovery, and related tools. Feature availability can depend on your plan, Chip balance, device, location, safety settings, and current product version.

Companions and generated outputs are artificial. They are not real people and do not have human consciousness, professional qualifications, or independent authority.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate registration details, the security of your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Use a unique password and do not sell, share, transfer, or rent account access.

Tell our support team promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require identity or transaction checks before changing sensitive account details.

Plans, Chips, billing, and renewal

Paid plans provide the features and monthly Chip allowance shown at checkout. Chips are consumable platform units used for selected actions and do not represent cash, stored value, or a transferable financial instrument.

Subscriptions renew automatically when stated at checkout unless you cancel before the next billing date. Current prices, taxes, billing intervals, included features, renewal terms, and refund conditions are displayed during purchase and take priority for that transaction.

Acceptable use

Use Lovescape only for lawful personal purposes and in a way that respects our systems, other members, and applicable rights. You must follow safety controls and any feature-specific limits presented in the platform.

• Do not attack, overload, probe, scrape abusively, or bypass security or usage controls.
• Do not distribute malware, deceptive links, spam, or unauthorized tracking.
• Do not impersonate another person or claim that a fictional Companion is a real individual.
• Do not infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Do not use Lovescape to facilitate exploitation, threats, fraud, or illegal activity.

Prohibited content

We prohibit illegal content and maintain zero tolerance for sexual content involving minors. We also prohibit bestiality, incest themes, non-consensual exploitation, and unauthorized real-person or public-figure likenesses.

We may use automated and human moderation, restrict features, remove content, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, and make legally required reports when we identify prohibited activity.

Your content and AI output

You remain responsible for prompts, uploads, settings, and the way you use or share generated output. You must have the necessary rights to material you upload and must not rely on Lovescape to determine whether a use is lawful in every jurisdiction.

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to material produced for others. Check output before relying on it or sharing it, and do not treat a Companion as a qualified professional.

Lovescape property

Lovescape software, interface design, branding, code, systems, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform.

Third-party names, software, and services remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms.

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains browser storage and similar technologies. By using Lovescape, you acknowledge that these practices are part of operating the platform.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, pricing, limits, or integrations. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, technical limits, or circumstances outside our control can affect availability.

We work to keep Lovescape reliable but do not guarantee that every feature or generated result will always be available, uninterrupted, or identical across devices and locations.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, creates legal or safety risk, abuses the service, avoids payment, or threatens platform security. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to contact support.

You may stop using Lovescape and use the available account controls to cancel a subscription or request account deletion. Cancellation and deletion do not automatically reverse completed purchases or eliminate records we are legally permitted to retain.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lovescape is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that AI output will be accurate, unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from unexpected material.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Warmtech Ltd and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms when Lovescape, our providers, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page, and continued use after it takes effect means the updated terms apply.

If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the greatest extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcement does not waive our right to enforce a provision later.
